What we offer

Sales & Trading .

Its purpose is the purchase/sale of financial instruments on the stock exchanges and over-the-counter markets in Peru and abroad. This division has executives specialized in three areas: Research, Brokerage and Trading.

The Research Department makes purchase/sale recommendations for securities in Peru based on fundamental stock analysis that includes company valuations using dividend discount models, valuation models using stock market ratios, technical analysis and others.
The Brokerage Department is the team in charge of advising Kallpa Securities SAB clients on the purchase/sale of securities in Peru and abroad. The executives in this area absorb the information and recommendations given by Research and place this information and recommendations to their clients.
The Equities Trading Desk Receives and executes purchase/sale orders for stocks in Peru and abroad made by clients.
The Fx Trading Desk Kallpa Securities SAB offers a currency purchase and sale service (sol,US dollar, euro) for individuals and legal entities. We have a better exchange rate than the competition and the execution and settlement service is fast and safe. Kallpa Securities SAB has the authorization of the SMV and SBS to provide currency trading services.

Corporate Finance

It is dedicated to advising companies on financial and stock market issues. This division specializes in structuring financial products and coordinating with the Brokerage department for the placement of these financial instruments among the company's clients.
Among the activities carried out in this area, the following stand out:

Structuring of Capital Market Products.
Structuring, placement and/or listing of shares on the stock exchange.
Structuring and placement of commercial papers, bonds, securities.
Consulting and advisory on financial issues.
Financial analysis and company valuation.
Advisory on mergers and acquisitions.

The Capital Markets products and Corporate Finance department has a top-level team that has worked on various financial transactions in Peru and abroad. It has two managers and two analysts.

Special Transactions

The Special Transactions Department structure in a specialized manner the operations related to the redemption or exchange of investment shares, the administration of public acquisition offers (OPA) and the processes of delisting shares from the stock exchange through public purchase offers (OPC). For a greater success of these transactions, Kallpa Securities SAB coordinates with each of the authorized stock brokerage firms so that they fully inform the shareholders about the benefits of the transaction.

We also collaborate with your company to raise funds by managing the capital increase processes through new contributions. We work hand in hand with your securities and treasury departments in the process of subscribing to shares and receiving funds, communicating with supervisors and providing information to the network of stockbrokerage firms. We also act as placement agent in private offerings, representative of bondholders, as well as promoter agent or market maker of shares listed on the stock exchange.

The Special Transactions Department staff has sufficient experience and knowledge to carry out your operations in the fastest and most efficient way according to your company's requirements.

Management and Support Department

It is responsible for the planning, organization, execution, direction, control and supervision of the different activities carried out by the different departments of the company in order to achieve the strategic objectives. Its fundamental objective is to guarantee that the business units have the support and resources necessary for the creation of value in the company. To do so, this department must ensure support for the operational and administrative teams, guaranteeing the continuity and future of the business, all within compliance with the internal policies and standards established by the regulatory institutions.
